Obesity has become a big issue in UK

Obesity is on a rise in UK and to fight this dreaded disease,
a majority of its adult residents are making changes in
their diet. They have improved their diet and instilled
exercise in their routine life. A poll of 2,000 adults conducted
by the National Consumer Council found out that 63 per cent
of them have changed their behavior in the past 12 months
with the deliberate intention of becoming slimmer and healthier.
It will help them in losing weight and curtailing obesity.
Healthy eating can benefit our health in so many ways.
Eating more fruit and vegetables, shunning salty food and
cutting down on convenience meals can help in reducing weight
to a great extent. The people are trying to follow these
rules to control obesity. This initiative will help in controlling
obesity and make UK a healthy place to live in.
