Red wine help in fight against obesity

New research found that red wine contains
some special compounds which provide help to cure obesity.
So lovers of fatty food may be able to eat their favorite
cake. In this new research scientists discovered that mice
fed with fat equivalent of a coconut cream pie for every meal
showed health improvements if their diet contain supplement
such as antioxidant called resveratrol.
According to the researchers this small molecule
do not provide help to obese mice to lose her weight but it
helps him to live longer and healthier lives without any saving
of calories. This result shows this molecule help mammals
to survive. Researchers of US and Australia say that these
results may help overweight humans.
This study published in yesterday edition
of international journal Nature and compared three groups
of mice in which one of them kept on standard diet, other
one on a high calorie diet of 60 percent fat and third mice
on same diet with resveratrol. Researcher team which include
scientists from the university of Sydney’s Centre for
Education and Research on Ageing found that compound which
reduced the risk of death of obese mice by 31 percent as compare
the with obese mice that missed out on the dose.
According to the research after six months
the compound seemed to over ride the effects of the calories
preventing obesity problems. But meantime the scientists warn
to purchase resveratrol because the side effects resveratro
are still unknown.
