Fish Oil - An innovative research for weight loss

A new research shows using fish oil in your daily life helps in reducing your extra weight. An overweight person doing regular exercise, lose weight fast if he or she start taking doses of tuna oil as it is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids.
Polyunsaturated fats are found in nuts, fish oil and in vegetables. Fish oil has cardiovascular benefits but for weight loss its contribution is known to a little amount. Cardiovascular problem includes high cholesterol or high blood pressure.
The researchers involved overweight people having cardiovascular problems in their study at University of South Australia.
Some participants started using fish oil measured quantity and
rest started sunflower oil with regular light exercise for
45 minutes daily like regular walk. After a period of three
months the participants having fish oil had lost their weight
around 2Kg on an average and those having sun flower oil
lost no weight.
One of the researcher Ms Alison Hill said “We suspect
that they improve blood flow to exercising muscles and stimulate
key enzymes to transport fat that needs to be used as fuel,"
