Obesity can complicate pregnancy

Obesity can pose a big threat to pregnant women. Recent
findings indicate that obesity doubles a woman’s chances
of having a baby with neural tube defects, and even adequate
folic acid intake does not fully protect against the increase
in risk. Compared with normal-weight women, obese women
have a greater risk of developing complications during and
after pregnancy.
The ailment of obesity has become very commonplace. Weight
loss is the only available means of fighting obesity. Short
term weight loss can be attained by proper usage of diet
pills such as phentermine. For long term weight loss, an
amalgamation of diet pill, healthy diet, exercise and an
active life can bear fruitful result.
