YMCA offers weight loss program

a weight loss program at the Kernersville Family YMCA. This
program helps make lifestyle changes that can make a difference
in our health. The program is full of many quick fix diet
and exercise programs which guarantees weight loss within
a short period of time.
Topics included in the program are strength training, cardiology
and flexibility guidelines, the importance of cross training,
nutrition basics, reading food labels, body image, self-empowerment
and stress-management techniques to help you through the
busiest times of the year. This platform provided by YMCA
helps the participants learn a lot just by sharing challenges
and success stories.
