weight after holidays is diet pills or counseling or it
may be a combination of both. Those patients who’re

better than those on counseling alone and medications alone
because they lost twice as much the other two. Individualized,

work really best.
Diet pills are an effective means of weight loss but they
aren't meant for everyone. You’re suppose to use them
only if you fit into specific guidelines and are under the
supervision of a doctor because there are some risks associated
