Little more pounds can be dangerous

A new research shows that increase in little bit of weight may be harmful for you and even a few extra pounds can kill you. US researchers stated that the maximum number of little bit chubby baby boomers died prematurely as compared to those who were having healthy weight.
Hispanics, Asians and American Indians are considered as in major risks as compared to white and black. A study also shows that even a few extra pounds can cause a premature death but some experts were disagreed on the statement that a little bit overweight is dangerous.
This major study done by AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) and National Cancer Institute included more than half million people between the age of 51 to 71 has reported that smoking and chronic illness factors can cause difficulties in the process of determining the weight responsible for premature death.
A different study done on 186,000 healthy people who had never smoked showed that overweight
have 20-40 percent more chances to die prematurely than normal people. In this way obese people have 2-3 times increased risk in comparison to those who don’t fall in obese category.
