Cancer associated with fatness

A new research by Cancer Research UK shows that there is a link between obesity and cancer risks. The researchers found that Cumbrians have less knowledge regarding high rates of cancer in obese person.
According to the majority of people, the main reason to lose weight is looking good rather than keeping away from cancer risks. Forty-two percent of people think that weight loss helps you in looking good, rest said to reduce risk of heart disease but Cancer Research UK says overweight is one of the most popular reason for major diseases.
They also include that people still not understand that over weight can increases the rate of diseases like bowel, stomach, oesophageal, kidney, womb and breast cancers.
The survery was done in a charity with Weight Concern who has developed a new weight loss program. People were asked to select their reason to lose weight among the offered ones which includes keeping fit, feeling healthier and prioritise it in their manner.
Four thousand people participated in the lifestyle survey
and the result comes out in ten healthy weight loss tips.
