Reduce your Chemotherapy side effects with exercises:

A new research shows that exercise helps cancer patients who suffer with the side effects of cancer treatments radiations or chemotherapy treatment. The side effects are normally in the form of weight gain or loss, sickness and vomiting. The study also discovers that there is a positive effect of exercise on body functions of cancer patients.
Researcher Vicki Conn, professor of nursing at MU's Sinclair School of Nursing, said in a university news release that "Improvement in physical function, such as the ability to climb a flight of stairs or walk a certain distance, is an important outcome because it greatly impacts patients with jobs and children,"
Patients who going through cancer treatment get benefits of exercise as it helps to improve the functions of the body – researchers at the University of Missouri-Columbia concluded.
"Exercise can reduce recovery time and help patients feel better as they deal with the side effects of cancer treatment," she said.
Finally Conn added "All patients should speak with their doctors before implementing any exercise regimen with cancer treatment. Many patients over the age of 50 have other chronic illnesses, such as high blood pressure or diabetes, which must be taken into consideration."
