Charge for “Illegal” internet pharmacy by Feds

Doctor Ahlawat is 42 years old and is from Toms River, N.J. and Dr. Klinman is 57 years old from Elkins Park. They charged $5 to $10 to analyze the health survey and the problem related questions which user sent in with their orders.
According to the doctors working with Rxmedicalone.com, they have approved more than 350,000 drugs from September 2003 to May 2004 for weight loss such as Phentermine and Adipex and sleep aid like Ambien.
Owner of the site RxMedicalOne.com Michael Bezonsky, 44 years old, of Calabasas, Calif is in custody due to a case of another Internet pharmacy.
Pharmacist Alexander Atchildiev of Huntingdon Valley, who operated Universal Pharmacy Solutions, has also been charged for marketing the drugs without ensuring the valid prescriptions.
