Hi I am Sheran from France of 29 years old. I have weight problem from a long time. I was chubby and plump as a child and my weight was increasing continuously day by day. I always ignore doing workout and thought my weight will itself stable after sometime. That was my mistake to keep these types of thoughts in my mind. After a long period of time, I realized and tried to lose weight on my own but did not get any benefit. May be I was not doing workout seriously. I needed a strict instructor who could help me in this matter. One of my friends suggested me to join a Jim where I followed a wonderful program and learned the right way to eat and exercise. I started exercises daily and that was for the first time in my life. Now I need not to worry about my clothes, I can wear any kind of dress. I feel so glad because now party doors are always open for me.

After a long period of struggle I was fed up from my over weight. I usually did some physical exercises, ate food with low fats, avoid chocolates and cakes. I did all these things but not in a regular manner. I am fond of coffee and chocolates. It was difficult to separate me from those eatable things. Many times I broke my rules of healthy eating and exercises. After my second child, I reached 180 pounds and joined gym but didn’t get a respective result. One day I went for shopping to purchase my dress and I selected a very nice and young look dress and do u know what sales boy said..... ‘want to buy it for your daughter’. I felt embarrassed; I knew I need to loose my weight.

I joined health classes and start applying seriously on weight loss attempts. I lost 50 pounds in 6 weeks. I would like to thanks Mr. Steven, a physician who supported me in getting out of my most horrible situation and showing me a healthy way of living. Now I reduced 80 pounds only because of Steven and i am very happy.

Hi I am Jamie weighed 318 pounds at the time of deciding to use weight loss program. Nine months later, I have lost 70 pounds, and to date I have lost more than 150 pounds.

I went to major depression a couple of years ago, I had anxiety attacks that made me pull over while I was driving. I couldn’t breathe. It was dizzy. I was even begin to develop asthma. Nobody could really diagnose what was wrong, but I knew it was my weight.

I tried every thing but nothing had ever worked. I was so close to giving up. Then I heard about this weight loss program which includes fat free diet, exercise and weight loss pills, and thought, “Here’s a chance to change my life!!!!”

After my Health Risk Appraisal tests came to me in February 2005, it wasn't good. I took the results to my doctor and he suggested me to take cholesterol medicine. I was also facing problems with pain in my knee, perspired a lot, and I don't remember what all else problems were, that i was facing. I decided I have to at least try and do something to get rid of these problems.

One day while surfing the internet I came to know about a weight loss program. I decided to go for it. All I needed to do was to take balance diet and do rigorous exercise.

I have tried this weight program and lost some pounds. After 7 months I have lost 80 pounds. I was at a plateau after this for a couple of months. I can't tell you how better I was feeling and that those foods I used to eat just really aren't worth my health & well being.

I packed up my clothes that no longer fit to me and donated them for a good causes, but I was very uncertain about doing so. It seemed a little frightening to me, then I realized that these are just the things one goes through mentally & physically when a lot of changes coming in ones life.

I still have 25 pounds to go and I will lose them also. It seems like I'll never get there at times but now at least I have them on my "wish" the pants that I couldn't wear before.
