Last year I was facing many health related problems.
I realized that everything I was doing for my health
was not enogh or not benefitting me. My cholesterol
was 293 and my weight was 300 pounds. I was only
24 years. I felt terrible all of the time and used
to feel tired and weak.
This year I have decided to do some thing for my
self and my health. So I have decided that I will
discuss my health problem to someone who will really
help me.I have discussed my problem with a lady
in my office. She is a Type 1 diabetic and she started
explaining me some of the drawbacks of eating a
lot of carbohydrates, drinking a lot of caffeine
and other things like that. From then on I cut back
completely on caffeine, stopped eating foods which
have high calories and those which contained a lot
of sugar and carbohydrates, and actually started
eating healthy.
After some time I found that my weight had gone
down to 210 pounds and my cholesterol was 202. And,
I am still losing weight. Thanks to you Cheryl for
the tips that you given me and bringing this change
to my life.

I am Tony Charles, here is an experiences which
I wanted to share with all of you specially those
who have been suffering from obesity. One day I
went with my wife were going to my sister’s
home for dinner. There my obesity has created an
embarrassing situation; I couldn’t cross the
dinning room’s door. I am very disappointed.
The event hurt my self esteem badly and I decided
that I should do something to cut down the excessive
fat.
One day while surfing the internet I came to know
about a weight
loss program. I decided to go for it. All I
needed to do was to take balance diet and do rigorous
exercise. Soon I came to realize the magical effects
of the programme…believe me I lost 5 pounds
in no time. The programme has brought a tremendous
change in my weight and lifestyle. It has really
boosted up my confidence and given me new look.
