Hi friends I am Joyce Chang from Los Angels. I am a house wife so that I have spent most of my time in parties and clubs. Previously I was not fatty. Few days before I was staying at home for some reasons so that I have achieved extra pounds. By this I was very much depressed. It affected my confidence and I became quite a recluse - happier being on my own.

I wasn't happy with my body and this affected my feelings towards my husband also.

I wanted to come back to my previous shape. One day I read an article on weight loss while I was studying the health related magazine. That article related to losing weight in any stage of life especially for women. In that article some tips were mentioned for losing weight including exercise and diet planning.

After reading that article I decided to do something about my weight. I started doing exercise and made a schedule for balanced diet. After three week I was able to reduce 4 pounds of weight. I was very happy for losing some extra pounds. After four months I achieved my target. Till now I am very serious about my exercise and planned diet. Thank god I woke up at right time.

Hi I am William, 26 year old. I am working in a Software Industry. That was the holiday when I was walking in a garden.
