Hi, I am Jene 36 years old. One year ago my weight
was 355 pounds. It was a tension for me. I am a single
working woman and having a child of 7 years old. She
wants me to spend maximum time with her. I have very
busy schedule because of my job timings. I do not
have much time to take care of my health. One of my
friends suggested me to surf health sites. I spent
a night to thought about the suggestions. In the next
morning I decided that I will follow the suggestions
of my friend and then I attached myself with cyber
café for regular searching to know about the
different ideas to lose my weight. I found different
meal planning. I obeyed the information that was given
on the sites and the resultant output was really amazing.
I reduce my weight by 55 pounds. Now I have
enough time to spend with my daughter.

"Hello, I am Jones 22 years old from Florida. I
am really fond of eating new dishes but my hobby made
my life a hell for me. Unlimited eating habit made my

Nothing is impossible in this world, my story is full
of motivation and encouragement.My dream comes true
when i heard about diet pills. I am 42 years old now,
i think it is because of overeating but busy desk schedule,
sedentary lifestyle contributed a lot. For me it was
just like a dream as i was having a lot of fat in my
body. I tried of my own to lose some fat but fail to
achieve it.

| "When I was 18yrs old I was not so fat but gradually
I start gaining weight. Due to sudden weight gain I
start feeling depressed and stopped attending social
gatherings. Latter I realized that all this is not going
to help me out. I went to cafe to check mails and I
found one interesting article on net and from that I
got inspired. It was on aerobics and obesity. Than I
decided to consult my doctor, and took her advice on
this matter. My doctor told me that I should cut my
diet intake and start doing some exercises. I can’t
tell that within a week results came up and I felt like…
I have no words to explain that situation. I started
doing exercise and took proper diet as told by my doctor,
and started losing right away. It was awesome!!!
With workout regimes and constantly watching what
I ate, and cutting out supper I lost 150 lbs !!!!
In the beginning all this made me irritable, but when
I looked at the positive side of it than all this
disappears. For me proper diet and exercise are the
best way to keep ourselves fit and fine.
