Lot’s of people start workouts when they feel that
they are becoming obese. In the beginning they put all there
efforts to achieve what they want. All this goes in vain
because they have not managed there diet plans properly.
Diet plays an important role in losing weight. I am not
saying that diet is the only factor which will make you
thinner day by day. With proper diet you should do proper
exercise. Exercise and proper diet plans are the best way
to keep yourself slim and thinner.
"Diet"
A balanced diet consists of all important nutrients and
vitamins required by a person. Each of us eat food to survive,
but to keep ourselves fit and healthy we require proper
diet.
There are so many people who cut there diet just to lose
some weight. Let’s see various diet plans
Calories
Calories are made up of 3 things- Protein, carbohydrates,
and fat. To keep yourself fit your diet should contain all
the nutrients and calories. There are a certain number of
calories that your body requires every day in order for
it to maintain its current weight.
Protein
Proteins are the building blocks of the muscles. The unit
for measuring protein is gram. 1 gram of protein is equal
to 4 calories. Protein is an extremely important part of
all diet plans. Protein is required by body in large amount
as compare to Calories.
Carbohydrates
Carbohydrate is one of the three main elements that make
up calories. Whatever you eat contain carbohydrates in it.
The basic building block of a carbohydrate is a sugar molecule,
a simple union of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Carbohydrates
come from a wide array of foods - bread, beans, milk, popcorn,
potatoes, cookies, spaghetti, corn, and cherry pie. They
also come in a variety of forms. The most common and abundant
are sugars, fibers, and starches.
Fat
Fats are a source of essential fatty acids. Fats play a
vital role in maintaining healthy skin and hair, insulating
body organs against shock, maintaining body temperature,
and promoting healthy cell function. They also serve as
energy stores for the body. In food, there are two types
of fats: saturated and unsaturated.
If diet consists of all the nutrients and is taken properly
than I am sure that people will not get obese easily. If
you want to maintain health and does not want to get obese
than contact some good diet planner. By eating planned diet
and doing some exercise, I am sure that you are going to
lose weight.
